Question 1

How do I sign in to my account?

Accepted Answer

You register with your e-mail and a password, or with one click through Google. You don't need an account to buy — but books created without signing in are linked to your account automatically once you register in the same browser.

Question 2

I've forgotten my password. What now?

Accepted Answer

On the sign-in page, click “Forgotten password” — we'll send you an e-mail with a link to set a new one.

Question 3

Where can I find all my books?

Accepted Answer

After signing in, under My books — finished ones ready to read and edit, unfinished ones with a “Continue” button. You'll also always get a link to a finished book by e-mail.

Question 4

What happens to the photo I upload?

Accepted Answer

We use the photo solely to create the illustrations for your book. It's kept in private storage (never publicly accessible), we don't share it and we don't use it to train AI. We'll delete it on request — details in the Privacy Policy.

Question 5

Can I order another copy of the same book?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In the print form, you set the number of copies for each book. Each extra copy costs NZ$44.99 and travels in the same parcel, so you don't pay shipping again.

If you want to send it somewhere else, for example to Grandma, order it as a separate print to her address. Then the full price and shipping apply.

Question 6

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

Accepted Answer

Use the link in the footer of any newsletter, or the Unsubscribe from newsletter page. Transactional e-mails (finished book, parcel) will keep coming.
