Returns and complaints

Each book is made to measure for one particular child, so both the digital and the printed book fall under the statutory exception to the right of withdrawal — it can't be returned without giving a reason. But if the book arrives damaged, badly printed or something else isn't right, we'll arrange a fix or a new book at our cost. Write to us — we handle complaints fairly and quickly.
