Question 1

How much does shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

Shipping for a printed book costs NZ$12.99. A digital book has no shipping — it's in your account straight away.

Question 2

How do I order several books with a single shipping charge?

Accepted Answer

In the print form, tick all the finished books you want printed. You pay for them in one payment and pay NZ$12.99 for shipping only once. One order can hold up to 12 books, extra copies included.

If you've already paid for one and only think of another afterwards, order its print within a few hours of paying. Until the first parcel goes off to print, the form will offer to pack it in with no extra shipping.

Question 3

Which countries do you ship to?

Accepted Answer

To 21 countries: Czechia, Slovakia, all of Western and Northern Europe, Poland, the United Kingdom, the USA, Canada and Australia. You choose the country when ordering the print.

Question 4

How do I track my parcel?

Accepted Answer

As soon as we send the book, you'll get an e-mail with a tracking link. You can also see the parcel's status in your account, next to the book. We'll let you know when it's delivered.

Question 5

Can you send the book straight to the recipient?

Accepted Answer

Yes — when ordering the print, you can enter any delivery address, for example straight to Grandma.
